Terms of Use

These terms govern use of El, an independently developed personal AI assistant intended for its owner and authorized test users.

Permitted use

El may be used only by people who have been authorized by the application owner and only for lawful purposes. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another person's data, disrupt connected services, or use El to cause harm.

User authorization

Connected services remain under the user's control. Users are responsible for reviewing the permissions shown during authorization and for actions they approve. Access may be revoked through the applicable service at any time.

AI-generated information

El may generate incomplete or incorrect information. Users should independently review important output before relying on it, especially for financial, medical, legal, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions.

Availability

El is provided on an experimental, as-available basis. Features may change, stop, or be unavailable without notice. No warranty is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application owner and developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from use of or inability to use El.

Use of personal information is described in El's Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as El develops. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised terms.
